The Missions Experience
Can you believe this year is almost over!! It’s just about time for porch sitting and latte sipping. So, grab a few friends and have a small bible study. Great times!! Our Inreach/Outreach committee is working on ways to help build community; stay tuned!!
As we continue our Bible in One Year Study, we are reading through the OT prophet Jeremiah; in the NT, we are wrapping up II Corinthians and moving into James. Join us in God’s Word. Visit our website’s Home Page or get your paper copy from the foyer.
Follow all What’s Happening on the church’s website. Read about and sign up for events, give your tithes and offerings, and also give to Project 139. You can contact Pastor and John Mark as well.
We have an ASL interpreter available at our second service!

FBCC Youth Ministry News
Hello church family,
I am grateful for the opportunity to preach the next few weeks while Pastor Duane is out, and I hope you will be as diligent to attend Sunday services as you are when he is here. We get the privilege to gather as believers to worship Jesus and edify one another, and my hope is that we will continue to do that even when things are different than usual. Your presence matters, both for you and for those around you!
On Sunday evening, October 25, we plan to have a Skye Peterson and Thomas Austin concert at the Williams’ Ranch, and I want to make sure you know you are invited. We are still finalizing details, but we hope to have a fellowship dinner followed by the concert. I’m confident you will have a good time, whether it’s your style of music or not. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend!
~~John Mark

A Word From Pastor Duane
As we continue to move closer to the end of 2026, are you participating in Project 139? Project 139 is our fund-raising effort for the new building. We are asking God to provide $5-6 million to build this building debt-free. Project 139 is based in I Corinthians 3:9 where God’s word says: “For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, you are God’s building.” We cannot do this on our own – and we don’t have to. We are God’s fellow workers, and we NEED Him to provide, bless, and multiply our gifts. If you are not participating, take time right now to seek the Lord in prayer asking Him if He wants you to participate? Then, obey Him.
Thank you to those who are participating by faith! God continues to provide – to Him be the glory! Would you join me in asking the Lord to lead more people to participate in Project 139, give generously and sacrificially, and for God to multiply exponentially what is given? I am praying that prayer at 1:39 pm each afternoon. I would love for you to join me in seeking and trusting the Lord to provide.
The Lord continues to bless our church with amazingly gifted people – GLORY!!! Where do you need to become involved? Don’t be satisfied with just coming to worship, join a Bible study group at 9:30 on Sunday mornings, then serve where God has gifted and called you.
Thank you for allowing me to serve you! I love you ALL!
~~Pastor Duane
