We will have two opportunities this year for Carols and Candles.
Wednesday, December 24
First service will be 5:00pm - 5:45pm — Second service will be at 6:00pm - 6:45pm
Join us for our annual Carols and Candles service as we celebrate Christ’s birth in Bethlehem and remember the reason for the season.

This is a tradition for our First Baptist Church Charlotte family: Pastor and Sharon cook our Fellowship Meal. If you have yet to experience our annual gathering, you are in for a treat!! Hot tamales and chili are on the menu. And let’s not forget the chocolate peanut clusters. YUM YUM!!
Lottie Moon Christmas Offering
Lottie Moon Christmas Offering is our annual giving opportunity that assists with International Missions.
Our goal for 2025 is $11,000. — Our ingathering will be on Sunday, December 21. You can find envelopes in your bulletin. You can give anytime through the month of December. If you make a check out to the church, please put Lottie Moon in the memo line.

Christmas Food Baskets
Loving Charlotte Christmas Food Baskets
Our Adult Sunday School classes are going to be putting together baskets for those in our community.
Contact Jeff Bray or your Sunday School teacher for more info.
The food will be purchased through cash donations already given during Thanksgiving. Each class can add on to the baskets as they wish to personalize the basket to the family they have selected.
Finally, the baskets will be ready for delivery on the Sunday before Christmas. Since each class will have contact information, they can arrange delivery time.
We look forward to what the holiday will bring and to blessing families of our community and sharing the gospel with them. Thank you again for your commitment to our community and to Loving Charlotte.

Time changes this weekend. Don’t forget to set your clocks back one hour. Fall is here. Cooler weather, colors changing, and fall flavors at the coffee shop.
Thanksgiving Food Baskets
Loving Charlotte Thanksgiving Food Baskets
The food will be purchased through cash donations given. You can also purchase the items yourself. We fill the baskets with Thanksgiving food items: a turkey, boxed stuffing, potatoes, items to make green bean casserole, and canned vegetables.
Finally, we look to put together the baskets the Monday or Tuesday before Thanksgiving.
